Deep feeling therapy
Sometimes you gotta do the work. Feelings. We all have them, but few of us actually allow ourselves to feel them. Catharsis is one of the greatest healers. Getting close enough to your feelings so that you can release them can be challenging. But when you have a safe place and someone to help guide you through it, then catharsis can happen naturally.
